Thank you for choosing Votratec Skill Center own by Votratec Sdn. Bhd. We are committed to delivering exceptional training and learning experiences.
If you are not fully satisfied with the registration, we have a policy in place to ensure we are there to assist you.
Training Course Cancellation
All course fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances once payment has been made. This payment secures your participation in the program and covers all related administrative, logistical, and processing costs.
Please ensure that you are fully committed to attending the course before completing your registration and making payment. In the event that you are unable to attend, no refunds, transfers, or credits will be issued.
In the unlikely event that the course is rescheduled by the organizer due to unforeseen circumstances such as instructor illness or unavailability, your registration will be transferred to the new course date. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
Discounts, Offers and Promotions
- Any discounts, offers, and promotions with regard to our training programmes are limited to availability and can be modified or canceled at any time.
- When a promotion is over, Votratec Skill Center does not have any obligation to inform the participants about the promotion.
